Belarusian artist and activist, Gleb Kovalski, describes Lukashenka's Belarus as an oversized art project in which every inhabitant was allowed and forced to participate. Kovalski expresses his gratitude to those who made the project possible and calls for it to be finished. The video includes samples from a promotional film by the Belarusian Ministry of Information and fragments from the national pre-selection for Eurovision Song Contest in Belarus. The music uses fragments of Belarusian Eurovision songs and a canon for nine solo strings by Sergei Nevsky. The piece is part of Echoes - Voices from Belarus.
